The Linear Q comes with a one-year limited warranty. This warranty covers all parts, labor, and shipping costs if any workmanship defect is found after customer receipt.

A workmanship defect can be functional, cosmetic or both.

Any workmanship defect is covered by warranty as long as the product has been used exclusively for its intended purpose and has in no way been mishandled or misused.


If the product is being returned due to a workmanship defect, simply contact customerservice@hyper-designs.com or use the toll free number, and we will issue you a RMA# to return the merchandise.

If the product is being replaced, a replacement is shipped to you after receipt and inspection of the defective product by Hyper-Designs, Inc.

If a credit is requested, the original credit card used to make the purchase is credited within 24 hours after receipt and inspection of the defective product by Hyper-Designs, Inc.

If a refund is requested, a refund check will be issued within 3 days after receipt and inspection of the defective product by Hyper-Designs, Inc.

If you wish to return a product for any reason other than a workmanship defect, you will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% plus shipping and handling costs.
